Choose a package, pick your event date and time slot, add it to the cart, log in with your mobile number and submit your booking request. Our team will then contact you on WhatsApp or by phone to confirm the details and arrange payment directly.
How early should I book?+
We recommend booking 1–2 days in advance. Same-day bookings are accepted if your slot is at least 4 hours away.
Do you charge for travel within Hyderabad?+
No. Setup travel anywhere in Hyderabad is included in the package price.
Do I need to pay online?+
No — we don't collect payment through the website. Submitting a booking request reserves your date and slot; our team will contact you to confirm everything and arrange payment directly, in whatever way is convenient for you.
Can I customise colours or themes?+
Yes! After booking, message us on WhatsApp with your preferences and we'll match colours and themes wherever possible at no extra cost.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?+
You can reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your slot. See our Refund & Cancellation policy for cancellation timelines and refund amounts.
How long does setup take?+
Most decorations take 45–90 minutes. Our team arrives before your slot so everything is ready on time.
Do you clean up afterwards?+
Yes, cleanup and takedown are included in every decoration package.
