By booking a service with Happy Days Events (“we”, “us”), you agree to the terms below.

Bookings & payment

We don't collect payment through the website. Submitting a booking request reserves your date and slot; a booking is confirmed once our team has contacted you on WhatsApp or by phone and payment has been arranged directly between you and us.

Scheduling

Please ensure venue access at the start of your selected slot. Delays caused by venue unavailability may shorten the setup or attract a waiting charge. Same-day bookings must be at least 4 hours before the slot start.

Customisations

Colour and minor theme changes are accommodated where possible. Significant changes to a package may change the price; we will confirm any difference on WhatsApp before your event.

Damage & safety

Our materials remain our property where indicated (e.g., marquee letters, light fixtures) and are collected after the event. Any damage to rented items may be charged at cost.

Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the booking. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
