Your mobile number (for login and booking coordination), name, optional email, event addresses you save, and booking details. We don't collect payment details through the website — payment for your booking is arranged directly with our team.

How we use it

To deliver and coordinate your bookings, send booking updates over WhatsApp, respond to callback requests, and improve our services. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Third-party services

We use Twilio (WhatsApp booking notifications) and Cloudinary (image hosting). Each processes only the data needed for its function.

Data retention & deletion
