How booking & payment works

We don't collect payment through the website. Submitting a booking request reserves your date and slot — our team then contacts you on WhatsApp or by phone to confirm the details and arrange payment directly with you.

Rescheduling

Reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your slot — message us on WhatsApp at +91 98663 66344 with your booking number and a new date/slot.

Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel a booking request any time before it's confirmed — just message us on WhatsApp with your booking number. If you've already paid us an advance directly (cash, UPI, or bank transfer) and need to cancel, the refund amount depends on how early you cancel before the slot start time; our team will confirm the exact terms with you when payment is arranged, and will honour whatever was agreed at that time.

Service issues

If the delivered setup materially differs from the package description, contact us on the day of the event — we'll fix it on the spot or offer a fair partial refund.
